Location

The residential complex has a convenient location between Pecherska and Klovska metro stations. There are a large number of residential complexes with commerce in the surrounded area. Within walking distance there are shops, offices, sports facilities and schools.

Transport and pedestrian routs

The area in front of the building is open and receives the main pedestrian flow. The inner yard locates on the second level (+5,100 mark) and the lounge area is on the third one (+9,600 mark). For comfortable use and in accordance with the residential complex brand, we functionally divide the area into four zones that will be in accordance with four rhythms. Square has a business and festive rhythm, the inner yard — family rhythm, the third floor area has a lounge rhythm for relaxing and partying.

The area in front of the building is a modern open square. A place where it's nice to meet with a friend, go to the grocery store, have a cozy birthday party in a cafe, and just walk by.

Внутрішній двір є місцем для проведення спільного часу з сім’єю, ігрових активностей та затишного відпочину в зелених зонах.
