We are proud to be featured in the international publication Building Bridges for Ukraine: Pathways to Sustainable Prosperity, prepared by the Institute for Global Prosperity (University College London).
The White Paper brings together experts and business leaders from Ukraine and the UK and was launched in June at the London Design Biennale 2025 at Somerset House (People Powered Prosperity pavilion).
Edited by Dame Henrietta L. Moore and Arthur Kay.
What is Bridges for Ukraine
The initiative by IGP places innovation, collaboration, and civic participation at the center of Ukraine’s recovery. The White Paper covers cities, housing, energy, culture, and digital infrastructure, and includes a Business Spotlight section highlighting companies already offering practical solutions.

Our contribution
KOTSIUBA is presented on the page “Landscape as a Tool for Recovery.”
We share our approach to designing public spaces as instruments of recovery — where memory, participation, and everyday experience shape new urban realities.
The publication highlights our work on transforming central squares after traumatic events and restoring them to a human scale and openness.
Recovery is not about “bringing things back.” It is about shaping new urban practices and a language of care that helps people come together again.

Why it matters
The White Paper underscores the role of partnerships and community participation in recovery — principles central to our projects.
Launching at the London Design Biennale reflects the global demand for human-centered and nature-based approaches in rethinking cities.
Featuring KOTSIUBA in the Business Spotlight emphasizes the role of landscape architecture in reconnecting people, place, and memory.
